I arrived home late from work tonight. Bedtime stories were already underway by the time I got upstairs. When I walked into my 6 year-old son’s room, I found him there with my 9 year old son reading him his bedtime story. Our 6 year old was riveted by the story and my older son clearly took great pleasure showing off his reading skills. He required our younger son to read a chapter as well. Great to see both their reading skills coming along and enjoying such simple pleasures together.
