My mother was the ‘softest touch.’ She did much to help others. Some deserved help…others were just free loaders. She didn’t weigh them on some sort of scale…she helped all who came to her. One thing she said, and I love it : “The only things I can take with me are the things I gave away.” Lord, let me learn.
